What’s changing

The city is developing concepts for a 0.43-acre neighborhood park on two properties in Monta Loma.

  • Community meetings on May 28 and September 24, 2026 gathered input on amenities and concept alternatives.
  • A preferred concept and park name still need review. The project page anticipates a Commission review in December; no specific meeting is confirmed here.
  • Council concept approval in spring 2027 and completion in spring 2029 are estimates. The earlier June ideas-board window has closed.
